The stages of coffee production

The coffee production process goes through eight main stages, starting from cherry picking and ending with packaging and exportation, in order to reach you with the highest quality.

1

Coffee Cherry Harvesting:

Ripe coffee cherries are carefully picked from the coffee trees after they have reached maturity and are fully nourished. Proper agricultural methods and techniques are employed to ensure their quality.

2

Coffee Processing:

Through various processing methods, the flavor profile of the coffee is classified and enhanced. We focus on innovation and experimentation with different processing techniques to achieve a distinct and successful crop.

A-Natural Processing:

The coffee cherries are spread on raised drying beds under the sun and continuously turned to ensure even drying from all directions.

This method is characterized by:

• Heavy body .

• Fruity flavor.

• Increased sweetness.

B-Washed Processing:

Unique methods are used to process the coffee, followed by placing the coffee cherries on drying beds exposed to sunlight and air.

This method is characterized by:

Unique flavors.

Intense flavors.

Complex flavors.

• Sweet body.

3

Coffee Elevation and Storage:

Once the coffee beans have reached the appropriate moisture level, they are elevated and stored in suitable locations that preserve their quality. These locations should be weather-friendly and free from any external odors or environmental conditions that may affect the coffee's quality.

4

Coffee Hulling:

The dried coffee beans are passed through machines that remove any remaining husk or skin attached to them after the processing stage.

5

Coffee Grading (Sorting):

Coffee beans are classified using machines based on various criteria to separate them according to their size. Then, they undergo manual sorting to eliminate defective beans that contain primary and secondary defects.

6

Quality Inspection:

The final coffee beans are carefully examined before packaging to ensure their quality. This inspection ensures that the coffee beans reach you with the highest quality, preserving their inherent flavors and free from any major or minor defects according to international coffee quality standards.

7

Coffee Packaging:

We package the coffee beans in special bags designed to retain their moisture for an extended period, ensuring that they reach you fresh without compromising their quality.

8

Coffee Exportation:

We rely on various methods of exporting our coffee to cater to our customers' needs, including land, sea, and air transportation, to reach all corners of the world. We prioritize appropriate packaging and insulation techniques during container shipments to maintain the optimal moisture level for the nature of the coffee. Furthermore, we take great care not to ship any other products with the coffee containers, ensuring that their distinct characteristics are not compromised, thus ensuring that you receive them in their high quality.
